Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Products that are no longer in their original condition
If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may contact us to request a return.
💳 Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds apply to the product value only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:

- Ensuring the product is safely returned
We do not cover return shipping unless the issue is caused by us.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
